Being Half Marathon is more than a Marathon. It is the seed of change. It is the beginning of a movement carried forward by a growing community of Running Enthusiasts across India, who share a belief that a healthy family, a healthy nation and a healthy world begins with healthy citizen i.e. You The first step in Fitness is taking control of your own health, respecting yourself and understanding and celebrating the value you bring to your family and society. Fitness is not a gift of society; it is a gift you give yourself.

Being Half Marathon is an annual chip timed event organized by Yours Foundation to promote humanitarian values & concept of 'togetherness'. An inclusive event, it is open to runners of all faiths and is loved by runners from across the world. Being Half Marathon is on the calendar of runners for run experience par excellence, making the event comparable to any other prestigious running event. This first edition of Being Half Marathon is scheduled on June 17, 2018, at Dwarka.

Being Half Marathon will attract runners from all over India and also provide a professional running platform. The Half Marathon event will be complemented with 10.5 KM Run and 5 KM Run.

Water Stations
Water stations will be located approximately every 1.5 Km along the marathon route. Sponsored Energy Drinks will be provided at water stations.

Portable Toilets

For your convenience and use during the race, portable toilets will be available at the venue.

About 'The Yours Foundation'
The Yours Foundation, promotes heritage, sports, social & economic betterment of rural side of India and spreading the concept of "When child is fit Nation is fit".

Yours foundation also focuses on providing resources for Education of Underprivileged Children. The event funds will be used as a support to supply Nutritious Foods to Under Poverty Children suffering from Malnutrition.

The vision of the trust is to generate larger attention and acceptance of the Motto "When I am fit then India is fit".

Guidelines and Regulations-
1.Participation in the event is subject to entry confirmation.
2.The age of the participant must be 16 years or more on the day of the race i.e.
Sunday, 17th, June 2018 (For Half Marathon 21.1 Km)
3.The age of the participant must be 10 years or more on the day of the race i.e.
Sunday, 17th, June 2018 (For 10.5 Km)
4.One applicant can apply only in one race category and it cannot be changed later.
5.If the personal details of any participant in his/her registration form are found to
be incorrect or unverifiable, he/she will be disqualified from the race without any
refund of fees.
6.A participant should not be under the influence or consumer of any banned substances.
7.No vehicles are allowed on the stage area or track, any participant bringing vehicles
in these areas will be disqualified from the race.
8.Parking will be at the designated areas only.
9.Participants are not allowed to run with pets, infants, children who are under-aged
or unregistered runners.
10.Management reserves the right to withdraw any participant from the event who is
found medically unfit to continue in the opinion of the medical personnel.
11.Avoid carrying any valuables like mobile phone, camera, jewelry, watch, electronic
gadgets, etc. Organizers are not responsible for any loss of baggage and its
12.Participants are requested to co-operate with the police for random checking on race
day for their own safety.
13.Photographs taken of runners during the registration and on race day may be used for
the purpose of promoting the event.
14.Results/Certificates/Medals will not be awarded to runners of any race category if
they fail to start their run at the scheduled start time which they are informed of.
15.Confirmation of applications will be subject to Entry Rules, Regulations and
Confirmation Criteria.
16.Confirmed runner's identity and proof of residence may be verified by a verification
team for the details provided by them in the form.
17.Your entry and running BIB number are exclusive and tampering with it in any manner
or removal/exchange of it with another runner will result in disqualification.
18.Every runner must wear his/her running number BIB on the front of the vest worn. 19.Anyone found wearing the incorrect /damaged BIB or seen without it will be
disqualified from the race.
